The app works with the same database as the web cabinet: everything you set up on your computer is available on your phone.
Calendar and bookings
Bookings and group sessions by day, filtered by branch and employee. A new booking takes a minute: services, a client by phone number, the performer and the time.
Push notifications
A new booking, a cancellation, a reminder an hour before a visit, a client on the waitlist. Tap the notification and the right booking opens. Everyone chooses which ones to get.
Clients and visit history

Frequently asked questions about the app
How much does the SetNow mobile app cost?
The app is free to download and isn't paid for separately: it runs on the same subscription as the web cabinet. The first 14 days after sign-up include every feature for free, no card required; after that, you're on a plan based on your number of employees.
Can I sign up right in the app?
Yes: the company, line of business, the owner's contacts and a confirmation code sent by email — just like in the web version. The plan is chosen in the web cabinet: under App Store and Google Play rules, the app shows no prices and takes no payments.
Which devices does the app run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.1 or later, and smartphones with Android 7.0 or later. On iPad the app works in any screen orientation. An internet connection is required.
Are the app and the web cabinet one system?
Yes. You sign in with the same email and password and work with one database: a booking created on the phone shows up in the web cabinet and vice versa. Only the web version has plan selection, SMS package purchases and company data export.
Do clients need to download an app to book?
No. Clients book via a link in the browser — from Instagram, maps, a messenger or your website. A client app under your brand is a separate service for businesses with many regular clients.
How do I get a client app under my own brand?
Leave a request on the contacts page. We'll build an app with your name and logo and publish it on the App Store and Google Play under your developer accounts. It's a paid service and isn't included in the free trial.
Which languages does the app support?
Russian, English and Georgian: each employee picks the language in their personal settings. The interface terms adapt to your line of business — for example, "session" or "lesson".
